1 Cancellation Policy

- A 100% refund of the reservation money will be made if the cancellation is made before 72 hours prior to the tour date. - If the cancellation is made before 48 hours prior to the tour date, a 50% refund of the reservation money will be made. - No refunds will be made if the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the tour.

2 Suspension Due to Weather Conditions

- In case the tour is suspended due to weather conditions compromising passenger safety, a 100% refund of the reservation money will be made.

3 Suspension Due to Reasons Beyond the Customer's Control

- If the tour is suspended due to reasons beyond the customer's control, i.e., by the company due to force majeure, a full refund will be issued.

4 Prohibition of Carrying Weapons or Drugs

- Carrying weapons or drugs of any kind inside the vessel and during the tour is not allowed. - In case of non-compliance with this rule, the customer will be disembarked regardless of their location on land, and no refund will be issued.

5 Responsibility of Minors

- Minors, regardless of their age, are the responsibility of the accompanying adult, guardian, parent, or responsible party.

6 Disembarkation Due to Illicit or Dangerous Activities

The captain or crew have the authority to disembark a customer, without entitlement to a refund and along with all their belongings, at any time during the tour if it is deemed necessary due to the engagement in illicit or dangerous activities compromising the safety of the customer, crew, other passengers, or the integrity of the vessel, as well as respect towards other customers, crew, or the environment.

7 Regulation of Alcohol Consumption

- The crew has the authority to regulate the consumption of alcoholic beverages, whether brought by the customer or provided by the tour. - The right to confiscate bottles of alcoholic beverages is reserved, which will be returned to the owner at the end of the tour and upon disembarkation.
